As a corporate administrator Leslie managed business planning, implementation and development.  Working with her clients she had great success in planning and development of many successful business entities.  The skills needed in this role are the same skills needed to create a successful home staging business.  It starts with business conception.  Without a well conceived business model, a home staging business will struggle.  Take Advantage of Leslie's unique experience and knowledge.  Let her teach you how to create, plan, develop your business, a business that runs efficiently and produces profit!

Eileen Wheeler

Eileen is President of the Western North Carolina Chapter of RESA and has been staging homes for sale for 3 years.  Eileen spent 20+years in an executive role, with a primary focus of process improvement and quality.

The methods for improving a manufacturing process to produce a premium quality consumer product is not dissimilar to staging a home for sale.  In manufacturing, you create and train employees in the best possible work practices.  As a result flow improves.   Flow improving means unnecessary steps are removed and obstacles to processing a quality product for sale are eliminated. The home staging analogy, you teach the client the best possible methods for improving the environment, flow through the property to increase the visual space perception, removal of items that are in the way, that inhibit showing the home for sale as a high quality asset.

Here is what Tony Seifred, Smyth Companies, Roanoke VA. says about Eileen's teaching ability.  " I had the pleasure of working with Eileen for several years in another field.  I found Eileen to be a deeply caring, patient and considerate teacher.  Eileen demonstrated an ability to gear her training techniques to best fit my individual needs and learning style.  She was instrumental in my growth both personally and professionally.  I highly recommend her as a highly skilled mentor and coach.  I am certain your experience with her will have an amazing impact on your long-term success."

Too many colors can be a "big" distraction

A few months ago we presented a home staging seminar for the incoming class at a local retirement community. Our audience of 60 people had to place their homes on the market in the coming months.  In this picture, Leslie demonstrates and discusses the use of color and pattern and the essential technique of avoiding distraction.

Booth At Community Event

As Officers in The Real Estate Staging Association for the State of North Carolina, we feel an obligation to educate the community in the benefits of home staging.  As the Housing Market moves through its inevitable cycles, Home Staging remains a viable business no matter the market. Here we are setting up a booth at the Sourwood Festival in Black Mountain, N.C.  Our goal was to answer questions about Home Staging and make the public aware of the most recent home staging statistics proving that Staging Sells Homes Faster.
