Staged Property Classroom - Staging Only   $800   This program is presented in an actual staged property.  It covers all the content of the Home Study Plan and includes hands-on work in the property.  It is a 5 week commitment, one night per week for five weeks.

Staged Property Classroom - Staging Only Class 1 includes:  Overview of Staging Industry and related Real Estate Market, the core skill of Pre-staging, the core skill of Visual Flow, a discussion of Revenue Streams, a role-play doing an actual Vacant Consultation.  There are required assignments just as in the Home Study Program. Class 2 includes:  Core skills of : Physical Flow, Firniture Placement, Focal Points for the Interior, Role Play in creating a free estimate, and other demonstrations of the skills.  Assignments are included. Class 3 includes: Core skills of:  Color, Lighting, Accessorizing, Art, lighting and color demonstrations and assignments. Class 4 includes:  Core skills of:  Space Planning, Room Planning, Balance inlcuding pattern and room shape, demonstrations and assignments Class 5 is On-Site Hands On Staging Exercise.  When you complete Class 5 you will receive a booklet of forms typically used during the staging planning and implementation process.
